　　单纯善良的女主人公（陈梦曦）踏入了渴望已久的美丽高中校园。霸道顽皮的男主人公（陆晨）对陈梦曦一见钟情，因为李子轩是陈梦曦的同桌，而且他与陈梦曦、梁燕形影不离，所以陆晨对李子轩有意见。陆晨与他朋友们经常整蛊欺负李子轩，一次在操场上陆晨和他朋友一起把李子轩给揍了。善良乐于助人的陈梦曦与梁燕知道后，决定帮助他们化解矛盾，通过接触与了解，陆晨与李子轩及陈梦曦、梁燕之间的友谊逐渐形成。一天晚上，梁燕去参加朋友的生日晚会后，被人绑架了，陆晨与陈梦曦、李子轩及他的几个朋友拿钱去解救梁燕，他们与劫匪打了起来，他们全部被劫匪打倒，关键时刻，班主任带保安队长来到，经过一番激烈搏斗，最终保安队长制服了劫匪。

Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble.
